Ron Dayan, director of design for Beverly Hills , CA- based Piccadilly Designs wins the kind of assignments most interior designers would almost die for. The former Brit, a European trained designer, serves high profile often of celebrity-status clientele. So whether the project is an apartment on the beach or a mansion in the hills, Dayan, is set to transform the home or jet plane in a dramatic and graceful fashion. His completed projects increase in value quickly and go back on the market shortly after completion, at great profits to the owners, like the Rancho Santa Fe home of John Couch the creative mind behind “Apple Computers”, home bought for $2.2M and sold for $5.9M!
Amongst Dayan’s celebrity clients are Kareem Abdul Jabbar of the LA Lakers, Duff McKagan bass player from “Guns N’ Roses”, a Malibu compound for Academy Award Winning Actor Louis Gossett Jr., for comedian and actor Bruce Vilanch a Hollywood Hills hideaway, the Antebellum estate of singer, composer and Motown music legend Smokey Robinson, and English Country home of Barry Gibb from “The Bee Gees.”
